The competition is carried out by Tombow Pen & Pencil GmbH, Waldecker Str. 10, D-64546 Mörfelden-Walldorf (hereinafter "Tombow").
1. Prize
There is a total of 80 prizes to be won, and 80 winners will be drawn. Each prize has a value of €15,- euros and includes a Tombow Creative Set, which consists of a range of Tombow products. For example: Tombow Watercoloring Set, Creative Notetaking set, Canvas Set or other Tombow creative sets. Prizes cannot be exchanged for other products or returned for cash.
All prizes will be sent to the winners within two weeks of contact.
2. Eligibility
All natural persons residing in Germany, France & BeNeLux who are at least 16 years old, who have provided the required information correctly and who have accepted these terms and conditions are eligible to participate. Employees of Tombow Pen & Pencil GmbH as well as their relatives and all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition are excluded from participation. Participation via raffle clubs, automated entries via raffle robots as well as deliberate false entries and entries with so-called "throwaway e-mail addresses" are not permitted and will result in exclusion.
3. Period of the competition
The period of the competition begins on Friday 15.09.2023 at 1:00 p.m. and ends on Wednesday 15.11.2023 at 6:00 p.m. Only send email addresses with the correct receipt that were submitted within the participation period will be considered for the prize determination.
4. How can I participate?
To be eligible to win, you must purchase at least 15 euro's worth of Tombow products from your go-to shop during the Campaign period and upload a clear image of your receipt to the designated webpage on Tombow Europe's website. Receipts must clearly show a purchase of 15 euro's off Tombow products. Please ensure that the uploaded receipt is in a valid media format such as JPEG or PDF.
Participants are allowed to upload their receipt only once but may enter multiple times during the Campaign period with different receipts. Remember, one gift will be provided per receipt, even if the total purchase amount exceeds 15 euros.
5. Winning draw and notification
Winners will be selected by random drawing from all valid entries and notified every monday. The winners will be notified via the email address provided, in which the winner is asked to provide the full name and postal address for sending the price via email. The packages will then be sent to the winners by post.
6. Prize transmission
The prizes will be sent to the winners by mail after prior notification of the address. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the contact details provided. In the event that the prize cannot be delivered, no further inquiries will be made regarding the participant. With the dispatch of the prize, the risk of deterioration and accidental loss passes to the winner.
7. Social media - Instagram/Facebook

Create Your Own World Instagram Challenge - terms and conditions

We have a total of 9 prizes up for grabs, and we will select 9 winners in total. Once the winners are chosen, we will make sure to send the prizes to them within two weeks of contacting them.
The first winner, who will be the only one, will receive a fantastic €500,- voucher to spend on our webshop. All they need to do is send us a list of products worth €500,- that they desire, and we will promptly deliver their chosen items within two weeks of receiving their email.
Moving on to our second set of winners, a group of four lucky individuals, each will receive an empty desktop organizer along with an 18-piece set of Tombow ABT Dual Brush Pens. They have the freedom to choose the specific colors they want. We hope this prize combination brings them joy and inspires their creativity.

Once participants have created their artwork, they should post it on their Instagram accounts, making sure to include the hashtag #TombowWorld and mention their European country of origin, as well as the specific Tombow products used.
