ZOOM L2 ballpoint pen, black ink, 0.5mm: Matte Gray

Product description

Style and Smooth Writing Experience with the ZOOM L2 Ballpoint Pen

The ZOOM L2 invites you to pick it up, even when you have nothing to write. Tombow of Japan pairs a soft, leather-like finish with a slim form. Gently rounded lines meet precisely cut facets, and their edges sit comfortably in the hand. The matt look stays understated.

The feel comes from Neorabasan™, a soft-touch coating. It recalls carefully tanned leather and is particularly resistant to hydrolysis, meaning breakdown caused by moisture, as well as to scratches. For a pen that is used and carried every day, that makes a real difference: the soft feel lasts.

The push button catches the eye. It is an inverted cone with a narrow waist that echoes the shape of the pen tip. It gives a pleasant resistance when pressed and sets a deliberate contrast to the soft barrel. You may find yourself clicking it more often than you need to.

The matt finish underlines the calm character. The muted colours take their cue from classic tailoring and suit the office as well as everyday life.

The ink was developed specially for this series: an oil-based ink with extremely low viscosity, designed for diaries, notebooks and letters. Even fine entries do not bleed or show through to the back of the page.

The ZOOM L2 writes in black ink with a fine 0.5 mm tip. Matching refills (BR-ZVE33) are sold separately, so the writing quality lasts.
